T/R module is an important parts connecting radar channel to antenna, which is mainly used to complete TR transmitting/receiving, filtering, X-band power amplifying, as well as amplitude limiting and noise amplifying at receiver terminal.
L-band miniaturized transceiver module has the functions of zero IF frequency modulation and demodulation, RF transmitting/receiving, filtering, amplification, attenuation, amplitude limiting, wave detection and so on.

The six-channel receiver adopts one-down conversion technology. The RF signal is FL~FHMHz, the IF signal is 270MHz, and the instantaneous signal bandwidth is 8MHz.
